If you are planning to build in or move structures to New Sharon, a building notification form is required to be filed with the Code Enforcement Officer along with a fee of $25.00.  If you are building, planning any construction or cutting trees within 250 feet of any body of water or wetlands, you must contact the Planning Board for additional requirements.
