New Fire Station and Town Office Building Project

The Town held a Special Town Meeting in December, 2019 to vote on a proposed 1.4 million new Fire Station and Town Office building project in the same location of the current town office building.

​

The vote was overwhelmingly unanimous in favor of the project and plans are proceeding to perform asbestos removal and then demolish the current building down to the foundation. Once this is complete, the Town will accept, review and award building bids for construction, along with IT and security system contracts. We are in hopes to be in before the end of 2020.
